08 HISTORY

A Path of Continuous Reinvention.

Since 2001, our telecom project management business has evolved through the growth of the Lend Lease Group, and in 2026 it takes a new step forward as a member of the Taisei Corporation Group.

2001

Telecom base station project management begins

Bovis Lend Lease Japan Inc. (now Lend Lease Japan Inc.) begins project management services for telecom base station construction.

2002

Acquisition of the telecommunications division

Lend Lease Group acquires the telecommunications division comprising eight regional Japan Telecom Engineering companies.

2020

Tower Pods LLC established

Tower Pods LLC is established to promote the infrastructure-sharing business.

2025

NeoSphere Inc. established

Lend Lease Japan Inc. signs an agreement with Taisei Corporation on the transfer of its telecom business, and the new company NeoSphere Inc. is established.

2026

Business launch as a member of the Taisei Corporation Group

Lend Lease Group transfers all of its interest in Tower Pods LLC to NeoSphere Inc.; NeoSphere Inc. succeeds to the telecom business of Lend Lease Japan Inc. through an absorption-type company split; and 80% of NeoSphere Inc.'s shares are transferred to Taisei Corporation.

NeoSphere Inc. begins operations as a member of the Taisei Corporation Group.
